Good news, everyone! Now that I have a fancy new computer, I can get back to updating the Featured Story every month like I had originally planned. Although Shan Jeniah Burton got a little bit of extra exposure by having her story, “Monday Morning Coffee,” up a bit longer, it’s finally time to move onto the next great tale from the World Unknown Review Volume II.
This month brings us “The Melancholy of Devotion,” a dark, moody futuristic take on a classic horror story, by Helen Mihajlovic, an accomplished horror writer with a deft grasp on the appeal of the antiquated gothic tale. Please check it out, as well as some of Helen’s other work, which you can find at the end of the story, and look out for an interview with the author coming up in the (hopefully!) near future.
