I always find it interesting when I start something with no idea where it’s going and then, thanks to the smallest detail, it all falls into place.

The novel for January that I thought would be a whole mobster affair now apparently has werewolves. Who’d’ve thought? I’m now really excited to see how this plays out for me, which is nice, as I was incredibly impartial to what I was producing before. Werewolves and a main character who can’t actually speak or read. I’ve had a character who chose not to speak, but one without the ability all together will be an interesting character to write.

That’s all for today, but, yes, I absolutely love when the stories unexpectedly write themselves.
